Then join us for one of Juliet Harbutt's free masterclasses.
Throughout 2010, renowned cheese expert, Juliet Harbutt, will be leading sample-rich masterclasses exclusively for delicatessens in cities around the UK.
Juliet’s two hour interactive seminars, each with only 20 spaces available, will help to demystify PDO status and the Discover The Origin products from gastro destinations: Parma Ham, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Juliet will also provide an introduction and tasting to Burgundy wines and Port and Douro Valley wines.
Discover the Origin aims to educate consumers around the country that traditional, authentic products offer the best quality and value for money. The campaign focuses on the independent trade with a series of promotions aimed at driving consumers to delicatessens and wine merchants where store staff are much more knowledgeable and can help them make the right informed choice.
