We’re heading to the Hove Lawns on the Brighton seafront on Good Friday 18th and Saturday 19th April 2014 to offer free tutored tastings of Bourgogne Wines, Parma Ham, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Port and Douro Wines. There will also be a special tasting presentation hosted by wine expert, TV presenter and newspaper columnist Olly Smith at 2pm on Saturday 19th April.

Discover the Origin’s Masterclasses will return in 2013 with more opportunities to discover and re-discover these unique European products – Bourgogne Wines, Parma Ham, Douro Wines, Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese and Port – in various cities across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In order to ensure that the sessions are as targeted as possible, separate Masterclasses will be organized to cater specifically to different groups of trade professionals. There really is no better way to explore, learn about and build an appreciation for five of Europe’s finest contributions to world gastronomy.
